Property Management Company is looking for a Property Maintenance Tech immediately. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: - Daily repair and maintenance of property - Completion of tenant work orders in a timely manner - On going property preventative maintenance - Plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance installation and electrical - Diagnose and repair of appliances - Routine trash pickup, daily - Will participate in on-call rotation. - All other duties as assigned. Applicant MUST HAVE: - Valid Driver's License - Reliable transportation - Able to work with minimal supervision - Pass a background check This position is minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday. Must be available for on-call emergencies.
