college student seeking housing

Hey, I am a 21 year old college student seeking housing or an extra room for the rest of the school year as I do not know where/what I will be doing next summer and do not want to sign a binding lease/ get a bunch of furniture if I’ll be leaving. A little about me: I am an athletic, outgoing, and respectful person. I also am pretty organized and like to keep my living area clean and tidy. I’m not a huge “partier,” but do like to have a drink from time to time. Finally, I am very safe when it comes to covid and am fully vaccinated/ still wear my mask when needed. As I’m in school and work a part time job, I do not anticipate being home a lot, but have no issue helping with chores, cleaning, odd jobs, or pet sitting/ walking if that would be of benefit to anyone. I get along with all ages, so do not hesitate to reach out if you would like a roommate or this interests you! (As my campus is downtown I’d prefer to be able to walk/ use the metro to get to classes. So I’m primarily seeking DuPont/ Logan/ Shaw/ Georgetown/ West End/ downtown or surrounding NW areas.)
