Description
Position open for experienced maintenance person/handyperson. Must be able to work independently. Position requires changing light fixtures, plumbing hook ups (sinks/toilets), installing baseboard, installing cabinet installation, light drywall repair, painting, demo, trash out of demoed units, etc. Your own tools are required.

IMMEDIATE HIRING BONUS!! $200.00 in addition to pay for first painted unit! *Person must complete the painting of unit to company standard to get bonus. By "immediate" we mean: immediate. Not two weeks out, not maybe next Thursday, we get work done now.
