Looking to hire a multitalented resourceful individual to help our family around the house. The duties in this role include housekeeping, deep cleanings, tidying/organizing, laundry, run errand, helping with meal prep, and more. The ideal candidate has worked in larger estates, is trustworthy, reliable, anticipatory of needs, has a natural ability to organize and be proactive. Attention to detail is a must, candidate has a discerning eye for order and can help establish systems within the house to help run it efficiently. Ideal candidate works at a good efficient pace, can multitask, and completes tasks with detail and attention. Looking for someone who takes pride in what they do, has above and beyond positive attitude, no exceptions made! Ideal candidate has had longevity in their prior positions, resume and references required. Pay is dependent on skill set and experience, ranging from $25-30 starting salary. Higher end of pay scale depends on any experience with children, and ability to follow Montessori child raising method. Also cooking and meal prep skills will be taken into consideration. Requirements : -resume -references -background checks mandatory -trust line certification a plus -no dui history -credit check may be possible -covid vaccinated and covid cautious as we have a newborn -flu shot every year as well as TDAP -ability to carry heavy items -resourceful - computer savvy and can look up directions and self directed learning -able to make lists, follow instructions 25-30 hour guaranteed, including one weekend day for a shorter shift.
