TAKING BIDS - READ CAREFULLY - interior paint - 3 bedrooms (9x10, 10x11, 10x12), 1 living room (17x13), 1 hallway (12x3), with one built-in cabinet (3x6). All rooms 8' high except hallway, 7'; all rooms have existing orange peel texture and flat/eggshell paint; all trim/doors are new and caulked/primed. All walls, ceilings, closets, doors, trim & 1 cabinet to be painted. Walls will be select colors in each room. Ceilings/closets/trim/doors will be white. Walls, closets, ceilings will be satin. Trim/doors/cabinet will be semi-gloss. All surfaces MUST receive two coats. House will be empty for painting. We will supply paint in required quantities and sheen. You will supply labor, tools (spray/brushes/rollers/pans), tape, dropcloths, other supplies. We will be on site daily to review and approve work and direct any rework. Please respond with bid. We are available Saturday, September 4 in the afternoon and Sunday, September 5 all day to meet with successful bidders to walk the job. Work must begin September 6 or 7 and be completed by Friday, September 10. Final review, touch-up, approval and payment in full Saturday, September 11.
