House and office cleaning assistance

I am a builder and often need someone or a two person crew to help clean once construction is complete. I also have a 2800 sq ft house at 38th and Camelback that needs to be cleaned every week and an Airbnb that is a small house at 32nd Street and Camelback. The Airbnb needs to be cleaned between 3 and 12 times per month. I can pay by the job and by the house but the job is equal to $30 per hour. Applicant should know how to clean, have there own tools, rags, buckets, brushes and vacuum. I will provide all the supplies. Applicant will need to be flexible as cleaning days change or in some cases we only have 4 hours between guests.
