Mark Conditt Pools is hiring a repair technician for the Austin area. The qualifications are a little different than just being able to read a manual that comes in a box and hooking up two wires/gluing pipe. You need to be able to communicate with other people without speaking. This does not mean non verbal communication by the dictionary’s definitions. I mean you must know what your customers are thinking and how to pivot around different scenarios so they always say yes and knowing when to have them say no based on the statistics of suspicion. For example, you want the customer to bring up the idea of getting automation. It’s also a plus if you are currently holding top secret clearance. Not just regular clearance. It’s also a plus if your brain gets the vitals of other people so you know when they’re tired, not tired, ready for combat, happy, not happy, etc. without looking at any facial or body language/expression. Also, please keep all this a secret. Thank you
