Responsibilities The Route Service Technician is a critical role in providing mobile fryer management services to existing commercial kitchen customers on an established route. The primary responsibility of the Service Technician is to safely and efficiently operate the van, mobile filtration Unit (MFU) and related equipment. Follow the provided schedule for changing, filtering, and cleaning of oil and fryers each week and be on time for service visits. Maintain service records for each service visit and advise your supervisor of any potential safety or service issues. Troubleshoots using a logical step-by-step process of elimination to properly conclude and address the issue Assure compliance with Filta franchise cleaning and equipment operating standards/policies Wash and fuel service vehicles inside and out daily and weekly. Provide friendly, dependable high-quality cleaning and maintenance service. Qualifications Be able to lift up to 75 pounds and bend crouch and be on your feet most of the shift. Demonstrate competence in time management, account monitoring, and maintenance of the Filta Equipment.
