Laborer - Carpenter's Helper / Apprentice - Will Train.
Currently Seeking Self-Motivated workers with good work ethic.
This is an GREAT opportunity for an energetic, entry-level, quick-learning, and eager individual to start out and learn new skills while embarking on a new career in the residential construction industry.
Prior Remodeling experience helpful but not required.
Starting Pay $13.00/hr. with RAISE EACH PAY PERIOD for first 4 pay periods. After which based on review of efficiency, and acquired skill level and responsibilities.
Raises will be contingent upon continuous on-time attendance, keeping accurate time cards, and finishing each day out as scheduled.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Punctual and a good work attitude/ethic.
* Willing to accept a background check.
* Strong and able bodied, capable of physical work at a good pace.
* Must not be afraid of heights up to 30 feet.
* Proficient with using a tape measure.
* Willingness to learn with an open mind.
* Enjoys working with others as a "team"
* Willingness to keep in communication as needed.
* Must live within 30 minutes of Rte 6 (Chardon Rd. and Rte 91 (Som Center Rd.)
* Must have own reliable transportation - No Exceptions
NO Smoking, Vaping, or Chewing Tobacco permitted on worksites.
* General Working Hours: Monday thru Friday
* Must show up as scheduled and on time.
* Work Day: 8:30-9:00 am to 4:30-6:00 pm - depending on day's duties.
