Helper needed for assisting me (female) with many different types of jobs. Must show proof of vaccination. Inside work, mask requested if in close proximity to myself. Currently simple, easy work, outside staining 27 pieces of 16 foot tongue and groove knotty pine, then there is sanding and painting of beams inside the house, railing to lift up to the loft and install in the loft, safety railing, in order to get a Building Final inspection, also, front porch railing (yet to order, metal) and one last deck railing, also already have the railing for that. Add to that installing the T&G at the 11 foot mark to 18 foot mark in kitchen. And Cultured stone, no grout to install behind where wood burning stove will be installed. Electrical - a couple more outlets, Plumbing - a couple drains have to redone proper slope. Scaffolding work and ladder work are at a higher hourly rate. Siding - some left outside.
