THIS POSITION We need people to join our team that will share in our commitment to make our community a great place to live and work. Our Gardeners are responsible for assisting with general gardening and landscaping as assigned throughout or property. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Skills necessary for the position are including, but not limited experience with power tools associated with Landscaping. Examples include but are not limited to; the hedge trimmer, backpack blower, weed eater, self-propelled mower. Irrigation and tree trimming skills are a plus. Prior experience in Apartment Landscaping is preferred but not required. The right candidate must be a team player, possess basic communication skills and maintain a positive attitude. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK We conduct a criminal background check on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer. COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT We require all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. All new hires must have received at least one dose of the two-dose vaccination or be fully vaccinated by their first day of work. Proof of vaccination status must be provided.
