RENOVATION LABORER wanted for Apartment projects FULL-TIME - STABLE COMPANY - GREAT TEAMS - BEAUTIFUL PROPERTIES The Lewis Group of Companies, a large, well-respected developer in California, is hiring now for Laborer position to work on renovations of our large apartment communities. This is a Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm full-time position, $17.50/hour depending on experience. In this job, you will: •Haul demolished materials to the trash & assist with demolition processes •Sweep saw dust and other debris around work areas •Painting •Responsible for maintaining safely delineators and caution tape •Spread materials for the Renovation Techs & organize storage areas and bins •Assist with the lifting of heavy wood •Jack hammer & dig footings •Mix Concrete •Assist Renovation Techs with their work processes •Maintain an adequate supply of drinking water In this role, you will join a great team for large-scale EXTERIOR RENOVATION projects for multiple one & two-story apartment communities throughout the Sacramento area.
