The ideal candidates will be honest, confident and positive about working on one of our successful paving teams. We are currently looking for team members that have a Class A Driver's License. Skills Required: *Class A Driver's License *Experience with paving and equipment *Strong work ethic, exceptional attitude and attendance *Safely drive tool truck with trailer *Safely load and unload equipment when necessary *Demonstrates team skills daily *Must have a flexible schedule, weekend and out of town - when necessary *Able to lift 40 lbs.
