Livingston's Concrete Service, Inc., a ready-mix material supplier, has immediate Full-Time positions available for highly motivated, reliable, experienced plant laborers. The plant laborer will perform a variety of tasks. The essential duties and responsibilities contained below describe the scope of the position, but should not be considered to be an all-inclusive listing of work requirements: • General housekeeping. • Keeps equipment and yard clean and free of build-up. • Put away all tools, hoses, and equipment in their proper places at the end of the day. • Proper use of the “lock out, tag out” safety technique on all areas of the plant that require doing so. • Grease plant belt rollers. • Maintain pits. • Operation of heavy equipment including front end loader and forklift. • Pushes windrows into bunkers with loader and fills plant with material. • Must follow company policy, procedures, and supervisors instructions. • Must have good communication skills with Plant Operator, Dispatch Drivers and fellow employees. • Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards. • The employee can be depended on to report to work at the scheduled time and is seldom absent from work. • Employee can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner and is conscientious, about assignments. Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, 401(K) with Pension, available after completing waiting period. Compensation ranges from $18-19.00 per hour with potential $1.00 increase per hour based on performance.
