Carpentry Contractors Company is hiring individuals to assemble wood wall and floor panels, a major component to the end result...a home. Our shop is located in Montrose, MN NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY, we will provide PAID TRAINING. Applicants must be safety oriented, motivated, and have a positive attitude. Must also be comfortable running power tools and pass a drug test and background check. Spend your days milling the lumber to the proper size, building window/door openings, framing panels, squaring and sheathing panels, performing quality control checks, and preparing the panels for delivery to the build site. We offer a $125.00 Red Wing Boot Voucher & a $125.00 Rx Safety Glasses Voucher We offer full time year round work along with a $2/hour shift differential for second and weekend shift. That means you make $2/hour more on 2nd and weekend shifts than you would on 1st shift: • First shift is M-F, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime as required. • Second shift is M-Th, 4:00 pm to 4:30 am. Overtime as required. • Weekend shift is F-M, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime as required. WE OFFER BENEFITS!
