I need quotes for the following projects to be performed by professionals or a skilled handyman. Please be considerate on your bid, I’m on a low budget. - I need 2 metal/aluminum 36”x36” gates for a stainless steel cable railing around a pool. It can have either welded nuts so I can add the cables or just weld some rods in place, also hinges and attach it to the posts. -Need an electrician, HVAC or Handyman that can help me fix the electrical connection of a mini-split A/C unit. We can either add a 2 pole 15amp breaker to a secondary breaker box 15’ away or to the main breaker panel 100’ away. Very tight budget. See the photos above for reference. -Want quotes on epoxy coat or a tough paint coat for a garage floor. I have a lot of paint cans, so don’t include the paint in your quote. Half of the garage is for one vehicle parking and the other half for a garage gym. Garage is roughly 20’x30’.
