Starter is fine. Battery 11.5V. and so just want to pay someone a hundred bucks to get it started. I think it might be because this wire got disconnected by the last mechanic who technically almost got it started but it had no gas. If you know how to fix the main problem, then perhaps I pay more and fyi the key was turning before but now it is not. I got the relay out to connect to battery once that wire is reconnected if that will help.
