This position is a Maintenance Service intended to assist the Gardener and Pest Control Services for the Homeowner. After the two service workers come to groom the yard and pest control treats the outside property, we are looking for someone to ensure cleanliness of old spider webs, leaves and debris that get trapped in the corners or small areas on the patio/yard and near patio furniture. It will be the primary function of the Yard Maintenance position to clean up dead insects, rodents, rodent droppings and eliminate or minimize the conditions conducive to the pest activity. These measures will significantly help prevent pests and, with proper repair, prevent their entry to the structure, subsequently leading to minimal pest encounters at a later date. Flexible on schedule M-F only.
