Small Company, LLC looking for experienced handyman/carpenter. The position requires knowledge and tools for most all residential repair and remodeling jobs. Transportation is a must. The pay will be based upon experience and long term reliability. Both full time and part part position available. Primary Tasks: *Jobsite management, preparation, & cleaning *Rough & finish carpentry *Drywall repair & installation through painting *Handyman tasks *Punch list tasks *Other remodeling related tasks Requirements: *Great attention to detail *Strong work ethic *Understanding of basic residential remodeling process *Some experience required *Ability to lift 75 lbs *Valid driver's license and proof of citizenship *Proficiency in English
