Ecommerce Company is seeking highly motivated self-starter with extensive knowledge in product packaging requirements for Amazon FBA Program and TL shipment packaging. What You’ll Do: Work with Product Processing Department to timely provide packaging guidance and applicable Shipment labels. Oversee Product placement on shipping pallets and pallet placement inside the warehouse. Create and Maintain LTL and TL pickup schedules and FBA Shipments for all out bound freight. Create and supervise Parcel Shipments to Amazon FBA for Standard and ORM-D goods. Responsibilities And Essential Functions : Manage fulfillment team - Set & motivate team on daily shipping goals - Identify process improvements - Monitor team KPIs for team effectiveness - Coordinate transfer of inventory across different store and warehouse locations Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities : - Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Proficient in learning new computer programs/ technology - Good cross function communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - ability to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously. - Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks for the most efficient use of time - Knowledgeable on safety practices - Understanding of pick/pack/ship operations in high volume warehouse environment - Interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism. - Proven ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with both internal partners and external clients. Experience : - 2+ years of experience in a leadership position within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
