What You will Do Warehouse Shipping Clerk is responsible for Sorting goods and Printing appropriate Product and Other Labels required by Amazon FBA program based on instructions given on Purchase Orders, physically transferring goods to Shipping location. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Prepares goods for processing, moving materials as needed, within the warehouse to the shipping area. Examines ongoing goods to ensure internal and external specifications are met and procedures are followed. Read and Understand Purchase Order instructions on where to send goods. Print Product Labels according to Amazon FBA Standards and Instructions to Processing Team. Performs electronic system transactions to reflect movement of material and products. Understands workplace hazards and takes steps to proactively prevent and immediately report any injuries, observed hazards or malfunctioning equipment within the workplace. Operate equipment and follow procedures in accordance with safety standards. Qualifications Minimum of a High school diploma (or GED equivalent) and at least 2 years of related warehouse/shipping experience Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs. often, stand for at least 5 hours and operate forklift/hand truck equipment Previous experience shipping hazardous goods packages/freight. Forklift license Experience 2+ years of experience of shipping experience within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
