Stonebrook Exterior is a privately owned and operated commercial & residential exterior construction company based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with offices located in Omaha, Nebraska, and Denver, Colorado. We specialize in whole building envelope solutions for commercial and residential clients, providing multiple trades or scopes of work into a single contract. We are currently seeking a responsible Equipment Fleet Technician. Your job will be to assist in the development of a strategic fleet maintenance program with a focus on maintaining the safe and efficient operation of equipment. The position will include working on mechanical, diesel, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as they apply to construction equipment. Duties and Responsibilities: · Must work safely and lead by example by always following safety regulations · Responsible for managing and ensuring that all fleet is DOT compliant · Ensure that all equipment and fleet are compliant with all local, state, and government regulations · Responsible for maintaining fleet maintenance program including preventative and predictive maintenance · Work with equipment operators and job site foreman/superintendents on equipment inspection, issue documentation & issue reporting · Responsible for verifying that all documentation is current · Responsible for maintaining maintenance repair logs · Work with Director of Safety/Equipment Manager to prioritize workload · Perform repairs and maintenance on personnel lifts, telehandlers, forklifts, skid steer loaders, and other equipment as necessary · Schedule and manage dealer/shop repairs and maintenance to be outsourced · Manage and complete vehicle repairs and heavy equipment maintenance promptly to reduce or eliminate down downtime · Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles, small tools, and small engines as needed · Manage budget and expenses as they apply to the position Requirements: Knowledge of office policies and procedures Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Safe and professional work environment
