QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Any experience in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a handyman would be highly desirable but we will train and mentor the right individual for a rewarding career in property management! Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs, occasionally lift up to 75 lbs, kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions Customer service skills Ability to be in the on-call rotation At least one year of prior experience in a maintenance tech role would be preferred but is not required.
