We are Jess & Jerryll! We are best friends and partners in both business and life! We own several businesses together and have a team of 37+ team members that fit our company culture! We are investors.. We purchase, renovate, and resell properties or keep them for airbnb's/rentals. We also own an SEO marketing company for other real estate investors like ourselves. We are now looking for our next teammates. We are looking for you! For this particular position, we are hiring a crew for our flipping company. So far throughout the span of our flipping business, we have always outsourced contracting crews to complete our flips. Our goal now is to hire our own peeps to flip faster and more efficiently. Side note: We started filming our flips, so you must be okay with being filmed and placed on our Youtube channel. The Position: We are looking for all trades to travel to each of our flips throughout Connecticut and carry out any tasks directed by our general contractor to complete. We are preferably looking for individuals who are multi-skilled. Please send your resume with your skillset and experience. We have 5 properties that we own and need to renovate at this time. These properties are currently located in Waterbury, Avon, Stonington, New London. Tasks would include but not be limited to: - Set up and break down of equipment - Retrieving/holding tools/supplies - Clean work area to maintain clean and safe job site - Framing, finish carpentry, working with cement, cabinets, hardware, hardwood flooring, tile, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, landscaping, cleaning, moving etc. This is a full-time position with a starting rate of 37k-52k depending on skillset. Mileage reimbursement after 30 miles. Paid holidays, sick days, and vacation. The perfect Teammate: - Skillset in 1 or more of the following trades.. Construction, finish carpentry, drywall, tape, mud, tile, flooring - Numerical skills - you must be able to read and interpret a tape measure - We need to be able to rely on you to show up - The ability to travel throughout Connecticut - Reliable transportation - You must have the ability to follow directions from GC/project manager - You must be able to work well with a team or independently with little supervision - You’re a self-starter - Positive attitude - Active listening skills - Attention to detail, accuracy and Incredible communication skills is required - Organizational skills - Willingness to learn and develop - Trustworthy - Strong work ethic, imagination, self-driven and proactive problem-solving skills.
