Extremely busy local restoration company is seeking full-time service technicians to perform all aspects of Water/Fire Damage Restoration in both residential and commercial properties. **Priority and preference will be given to individuals with industry experience.** Experience is not mandatory and we are willing to train the right candidate(s). Current restoration industry employees are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to come in and meet with us to see what makes us different than the rest. Responsibilities and Duties: -Be a responsible, accountable full-time employee with a team mentality and "can-do" attitude -Being available for on-call shifts (nights and weekends) as we are a 365/24/7 emergency services company -Perform all aspects of fire and water damage mitigation restoration services -Provide excellent customer service -Follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment Qualifications and Skills: -Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred -High school diploma/GED -IICRC certifications preferred (**Candidates with IICRC certification will be given priority consideration) -Ability to successfully pass a background and drug screen -Construction and/or demolition experience -Valid drivers license -Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds -Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (crawls spaces, attics) -Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time -Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects -Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Extremely competitive and based on experience, regular raises, bonuses, ample overtime and other perks.
