U are a Brunette who drives a black Jeep with a custom license plate - starts with NCE (I think)…must be hard getting into that thing wearing a short sundress.. u were at the 7/11 then drove out and made a u-turn … I was in my car and made a gesture- u smiled ….. wonder if u will see this
