Milo and Percy are about a year old friendly pet rats. Percy enjoys being held more than Milo. I got them from a breeder when they were 6 weeks old. Their cage is for sale with them or you must be able to provide proof of a proper cage. I'm asking $25 for the pair of rats or $75 with cage
