ARC a Kleen-Tech Company, the leader in janitorial services, is seeking a Warehouse and Service Shop Coordinator! In this position you will provide hands-on support and supervision over the effective operations of the warehouse and shop. This position is located in our Bethlehem location. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm; benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Direct Deposit, Life Insurance, and much more. These are just some of the perks you will receive at ARC a Kleen-Tech Company. Responsibilities: Manage vendor transactions to ensure profitability and value. Securing and comparing quotes from vendors for parts and vehicle service. Order and maintaining supply inventory within the specified budget for warehouse and shop. Update inventory weekly, create purchase orders for material purchases. Maintain equipment and related items in safe and working order. Coordinate repairs and regular maintenance as needed. Ensure that the warehouse and shop are maintained in a safe, neat and orderly fashion in accordance to Kleen-Tech protocol. Maintain proper documentation in accordance with cleaning and maintenance procedures. Enforce all safety rules and OSHA regulations. Oversee the maintenance of company vehicles including but not limited scheduling preventive maintenance within budget, scheduling vehicles for inspection, coordinating emergency repairs as required. Provide follow up for completeness and accuracy. Ensure vehicles are kept in clean and professional order by scheduling vehicles for washing when necessary. Maintaining the proper documentation for vehicle maintenance and cleaning in accordance with Kleen-Tech procedures. Qualifications: Must have mechanical aptitude, leadership skills, service repair/parts management experience, warehouse experience, planning and computer skills, great communicator, team building skills, etc. Must be willing to start right away!
