We have an immediate opening for a PART TIME Custodian This a part time position, including paid sick time, retirement benefits and many more! Must be able to lift, push and pull items. Job Functions: Perform assigned day-to day custodial functions throughout the facility including all lounge and common areas. Clean carpets on a regular basis to include vacuuming, deodorizing, spot cleaning, shampooing, extracting and disinfecting. Clean, wash, stock, sweep, vacuum, sanitize and disinfect Discard waste/ trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacles with plastic liner. Maintain the confidentially information. Honor the residents’ personal and property rights. Regular and predictable attendance. Attends scheduled in-services. Required Qualifications: Able to read, comprehend, and interpret instruction, warning labels, safety data sheets, policies, and regulations in the English language. Ability to communicate orally and/ or in writing with residents, co-workers, families and the general public Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for 10 feet. Able to push or pull carts. Able to twist, stoop, kneel, crawl, squat Able to reach at, above or below shoulder height 70% of day is spent standing; 20% walking; 10% sitting.
