Seeking experienced photographer for proposal at Rise Festival

Hello, I am seeking an experienced photographer to photograph my proposal to my girlfriend at the Rise Festival on Friday, Oct 1. I will pay for your Rise Festival ticket (Section North) in addition to your parking + your services. The Rise Festival is located in the Mojave Desert 25 miles south of Las Vegas on the Jean Dry Lake Bed. Google it for more info. Let's be honest, the Rise Festival is a photographers dream. I will compensate $200 + free event admission and parking. My ask is for 15-minutes of actual photographing during the proposal and some photos of us afterwards. I don't need professional retouching or anything like that, just digital copies of what is captured. I anticipate the timing of the engagement to be from 7:40pm - 9:00pm PST, however your admission provides you access from 3pm - 10pm PST with a handful of fun events/musical performances during the day/evening.
