Fire Alarm Inspector Lead Responsibilities and Duties: -Lead role for execution of Inspections, Testing and Maintenance Contracts per current NFPA 72 Standards. -Performs Test and Inspection and Service requests on Fire Alarm systems ranging from basic zoned Fire Alarm panels to more advanced addressable networked systems. -Document results of all inspections and services performed. -Communicate with customer before and after all inspections or services and report results. -Ensure timely job completion -Make minor repairs -Strong knowledge on troubleshooting various Fire Alarm Panels. -May mentor other team members. -Standard hours are M-F with occasional weekend schedules as customers require -Member of the on-call roaster. Qualifications and Skills: -Familiarity with NFPA 72, Nevada Fire Prevention Code, and local building codes -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Organized, motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. -Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record - Osha 30 - F-Card - Nicet I - Personal Hand Tools Additional Requirements: -Team Player - Able to work well with customers and team members -Strong Drive and Work Ethic.
