We are hiring for Production Team Members at our Lumber Distribution and Processing Centre in Arlington, WA. WAGE AND BENEFITS: -Hourly rate of $16.50-19.75, depending on experience (plus shift differential of $0.50 for swing shifts!); -Dental and Medical Benefits – we pay 100% of the premiums for our employees! -401(k) retirement savings plan SHIFTS: -There are multiple positions available. -Swing shift positions: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 pm - 3:30 am, with occasional Friday's. RESPONSIBILITIES -All employees will start in general labor positions; -All employees must maintain a safe and clean work area; -Supporting other areas of the operations as needed QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS -No previous industry experience required, although experience in a similar environment or a labor job is an asset; -We are looking for individuals with a steady work history (includes a good attendance record), positive attitude, ready to learn and a safety mindset; -Must be physically fit and able to stand for 10+ hour shifts, perform repetitive tasks and heavy lifting up to 50lbs. -This is a fast-paced work environment, so you need to come to each shift prepared to work hard! -Must be able to apply basic math skills and effectively read, write and communicate in English; -Must be able to pass pre-employment and regular random drug tests; -Must be available to work daytime or swing shifts.
