Under the guidance of the Streets Supervisor, the crew leader coordinates and leads crew members assigned to the sign shop/streets maintenance. Coordinates activities with other divisions and assigns work accordingly. Instructs and trains assigned staff in job functions and duties. Performs heavy equipment operation. Assists Streets Supervisor with assigned administrative duties as required. Must be fully functional in all Sr. Maintenance duties for Streets personnel. 40 hour work week with the ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime with little or no notice.
