We are looking for an energetic Roofing Technician to join our construction crew. Our Ideal Roofing Technician Will Be… • Disciplined: Must be reliable, dedicated and committed to your team to maintain high-quality work at a good pace. On-time for work. Efficiency minded. Willing to work hard for everyone’s benefit. • Dependable: Able to be at the shop at 5:45 am each morning, Monday through Friday. • Excellence Driven: Must be precise and have an eye for detail. Desire to do the best work. • Teachable: Whether you are new to roofing or skilled, there will be plenty to learn. You must be willing to learn and receive feedback. Some roofing experience is helpful but not required. • Active: Must be able to climb ladders and work from heights, lift to 80 lbs., use hand tools, and do the physical work associated with roofing & construction.
