Adult Female Ball Python possibly het Pied

I sadly need to rehome my 14 year old female ball Python after owning her since she hatched. She weighs roughly 1700g, I did not intend to breed her so I kept her at a healthy weight, eating every 10-14 days, 1 medium rat. This snake can’t get any friendlier, she’s like puppy dog. Sits in your lap for hours when you read. She’s never bit me or struck. She prefers her habitat on the drier side, around 30-40% humidity. She has insane belly tracks which are a sign of being possibly het for pied. She does not come with an enclosure, she was in my rack system.
