Need to mowing

I need to mow the empty lot I have. You don't need to cut whatever trees/branches are there nor pick up the clipping, just do an average mowing, no edging. I'll pay venmo 80$. Also I am looking for someone to come on a regular basis for a smaller price which we can discuss. The grass now is a bit over grown, but once again you can leave clippings there. Unfortunately my regular guy move a month ago. Also I can't negotiate on price....
