General Summary of Responsibilities: Lead and direct personnel as assigned Communicate with Billing Clerks and Receiving to schedule production line work. Adjust manpower level based on workload. Maintain inventory control per company procedure Perform quality functions Complete productivity reports as assigned Maintain a safe work environment Report all accidents and injuries Complete accident reports as assigned Demonstrated ability to solve problems Ability to work as a team member and also independently Strong inter personnel, computer, written, and verbal communication skills Complete other projects and/or job duties as assigned Job function requires handling of sophisticate magazines as part of standard business operations Computer Experience Required: Proficient in general computer applications.
