Beaverton INFINITI, an upscale automobile dealership and part of Lanphere Enterprises Inc., has an immediate need for an energetic, positive, motivated, customer-service-oriented candidate who wants to BE the difference in a customer's experience with our dealership. Prior customer service or auto dealership experience is a plus and we offer training if you have the aptitude and are high-energy. "What Can We Do For You Today" mentality is a must. You will be the first person a customer encounters when having their vehicle serviced. You must be a strong multi-tasker as you will schedule service appointments, set up warranty work, and analyze service needs which may include writing the proper documentation for orders, at a busy luxury auto dealership. The person in this position will grow into an Express Service Advisor position. WHAT YOU'LL NEED • At least one year of direct, customer-facing customer service experience with related computer skills (think high-end restaurants or resorts) • Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly, helpful attitude • A smile on your face and in your voice at all times • Flexible schedule to cover dealership hours, including Saturdays • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening (if chosen candidate) • Looking to start a career as a service advisor • Valid driver's license • Able to learn to use IPad and CDK WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Welcome guests and handle initial check in paperwork • Communicate minor recommendations from the Service Department to the guest • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective attention • Serve as a liaison between technicians and our guests • Take ownership of the guests experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression • Distribute work between technicians • Prioritize required services • Provide concierge support for all guest inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the guest does not get mishandled • Spend quality time building relationships with our guests • Perform alignment checks and wash cars (if needed) This job posting in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed in this role.
