We are looking for Skilled Carpenters for new apartment Make Ready / Punch. You will be helping finish the final touches on a unit. Must have the ability to read a punch list. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! We are looking for someone to start immediately. ~Please reply to the ad with you name, contact information, and experience.~ *Hours are (Typically) 7am-5pm Mon-Sat* *Previous experience REQUIRED*. *YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS* (Drill, Circular Saw, Level, Square, Tape measure, Putty knives, Hammer, etc.) Pay= $16/hr (1.5 X Overtime) Job duties will consist of: - Light carpentry - Drywall (float, tape, texture) - Trim - Cabinets - Appliance install - Touch Up Painting MUST HAVE TOOLS!
