Looking for Maine coon,sphynx, or persian

We live out in the country and in need of getting a cat or kitten to keep mice away he/she would be indoors. Also interested in a retired cat that’s fixed we just really need to keep mice out and heard Maine coon are really good and Persians but also that sphynx have great vision. Please let me know what you have! Will not answer to codes
