SEEKING EXPERIENCED BUILDER FOR TINY HOME BUILD I'm only seeking someone to complete the footings, framing, siding/aluminum roof, windows/doors and seal it water tight. No electrical, plumbing, kitchen bathroom or interior aesthetics. The build will be an A Frame with a sleeping loft. Perimeters are 16 x 24 ft. with a 8 x 16 deck. Compensation can be discussed.
