We are looking for a cook to work three to fours day a week at our upscale bar/ restaurant. Usual hours 2/3pm - 11:30pm. If your shift starts later, on weekends be prepared to stay until 1 am. This is an opportunity to be creative with your culinary background- we are looking to expand our menu in the near future. An eye for detail and a love of creating delicious plates will go a long way. In our establishment you would be responsible for: *Prep meals/ ingredients. *Occasionally serve/drop food to help wait staff- we’re a family and help each other when available. *Producing meals and cleaning your workspace throughout the shift to follow health and safety guidelines. *Follow recipes consistently. *Make adjustments based on customer requests. *Communicate with wait staff and prepare garnishes to make an attractive presentation for each meal.
