Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring 3 * Air Duct Cleaning Technicians for a well-established local industry leader to work Full -Time starting TOMORROW. Excellent work environment. Monday through Friday schedule 7:15AM to finish which ranges from 5:30PM - 7PM. OVERTIME is available on Saturday but is not required. * Starting pay rate is $13/HR. Cleaning of HVAC air duct systems including dryer vents in residential and commercial buildings. Air Duct Cleaning Technicians must be able to analyze each unique HVAC systems to determine the best approach to maximize cleaning effectiveness. Successful technicians are skilled in the technical cleaning aspects of the process, able to effectively communicate the cleaning process, and also are able to promote other services. Responsibilities: Provide quality air duct cleaning and related services to customers. Adhere to all company rules, policies and procedures to include, but not limited to, the Employee Handbook, Safety Policy, and Air Duct Cleaning manual. Assist with direction to customer’s location and serve as a spotter behind the van, during all van backing procedures. Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning. Move and/or lift 50 lbs (avg). Remove all registers and returns, seal in preparation of the duct cleaning. Clean and mark if needed, all registers and returns, then place back in the original position. Assist in the set-up/tear-down of equipment. Assist in the cleaning of the air ducts. Vacuum and clean all registers. Assist in clean-up of work area, account for all tools and equipment. Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, etc. to the truck before departure from the customer’s home. Additional duties as assigned by the Air Duct Manager Requirements: Pass a background and drug check Valid driver’s license Work independently or as part of a team A Strong commitment to quality work A Positive attitude Strong customer service skills Professional appearance and communication skills Lift over 50 lbs. Sometimes work on a ladder Starting pay rate is $13/HR with a review after you get hired on. Ideal candidates MUST have great personality and willingness to learn, MUST be clean cut and clean shaven and have NO visible tattoos or piercings.
