A GREAT OPPORTUNITY to get a foot in the door with a top notch, well known Property Management company in the Des Moines, IA area. AXIOM PROPERTIES, INC. is seeking an individual to work on our maintenance TEAM at one of our large apartment communities. We are in need of an energetic person that will be responsible for general maintenance duties, including basic plumbing and basic electrical work. This position is 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) with occasional on call duties. Great starting hourly wage, with an excellent benefit package, including health insurance, dental insurance, 401K, sick and vacation time, and a very friendly work environment.
