Hello, I am looking for licensed, insured contractors and developers that work in the city of Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. I am a licensed real estate agent and my investors need someone who can do a full gut rehab, tearing everything down and rebuilding. Also, I sell lots and some investors need a good developer who can build from the ground up. Some of my investors also need light cosmetic rehabs as well (Flooring and paint etc.). Please contact me if these are some of the projects you take on. One of the most important things to me and my investors is communication.
