Male kitten for rehoming

Hello I need to rehome our male kitten. he is an Orange and white tabby. He is not fixed and does not have shots yet. I rescued him from a stray mother at 2 weeks old who could not handle him and his siblings in the heat. He was bottle fed starting at 2 weeks. He now eats dry or wet food and does use the litter box. He is used to dogs and my other cat. He however can not live with caged birds. He jumps at the cage all the time cat instincts. There is a 30 dollar fee for him and must bring a carrier to take him. Thank you
