In great condition L shape sectional. Could fit your whole family. The pictures do not display the correct set up was using it in my small apartment and could not have it set up correctly. Does take up a good amount of space. This is on a second floor apartment. My husband will help you get it down but come prepared to carry it out. No holes or scratches unfortunately I would love to keep it as it is very comfortable but will not fit in my new house. Selling for so cheap because my lease is up at the end of this month and I need it gone :)
