Clay Studio Space For Rent $225

We are a small collective of potters in east boulder. We're looking for another artist to rent a space in our studio. The studio includes a vented electric kiln, sink, bathroom, shipping/mailing station, & gallery space. We share access to 2-3 kilns and fire weekly. We're looking for another potter to rent space, individual workstation furniture not included. We take turns cleaning the space, firing the kilns, and share access to larger equipment such as a slab roller. We split the cost of electricity based on how much we fire. Rent is $225/month for 50 sq. ft. This cost does not include electricity/utilities. That could be around an extra $20-$50 depending on how much you fire.
