Description

Bass player out of mothballs and looking to join a local Cape Coral area band (established or start-up) jamming mostly for fun but open to playing occasional gigs, music walks, parties or whatever. I'm into good-ol' Rock-n-Roll, Classic & Southern, a bit of Blues and Country's okay. Punk, Goth, Heavy Metal not so much. Hoping to keep it local. I’m coming from the NW Cape area and would rather not have to cross a bridge or a county line to get to practice. Played 15 years before mothballing the bass for a couple of decades. I still work full time but I'm committed to playing regularly again with the right band and tend to practice 2-3 times per week between jams. Influences: Beatles, Bowie, Buffett, Eagles, Elvis, Clapton, Doors, Paul Simon, Tom Petty, Bob Seger, Skynyrd, Stones, Who, Zeppelin, Van Morrison, Motown, British invasion…you get the picture. EQUIPMENT: Professional and decent enough for small to medium venues.
