Work independently in your spare time.
Minimum 3 years handyman experience. Must have own tools, be able to clearly document job with pictures and description and be transportation. Also its important that you be able to complete entire job, not just a narrow portion.
Plumbing
- Clear drains
- Clear garbage disposal blocks
- Repair leaks
- Change mixing valve in shower or sink
- Hot water heater replacements
Drywall repair
- Usually after a roof leak or fixed plumbing.
Appliance repair
Roofing
- Minor roof repairs
These are 90 percent of our issues but we have other skills as well that we need to fill.
We pay $30 trip charge plus actual time at $30 per hour based on actual GPS tracked arrival and leaving times on site(s).
